GWC is just a joke, not to mention a bunch of scam artists.
Like many in the Cheddarsphere, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet with Judge Gableman and plan on voting for him on April 1st. I hope you vote for him, too.
What’s really sad is that the bubbleheads in the MSM haven’t picked up on this. Not that we expected them to do so.
Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y. ) tried Monday night to defuse a conflagration over race sparked by remarks she made about the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King last week.
The comment prompted an angry back and forth between people in her camp and those aligned with Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.), her leading opponent for their party’s presidential nomination.
Clinton issued an unusual statement calling for “common ground” after the dispute simmered for days.
“We differ on a lot of things. And it is critical to have the right kind of discussion on where we stand. But when it comes to civil rights and our commitment to diversity, when it comes to our heroes — President John F. Kennedy and Dr. King — Sen. Obama and I are on the same side,” she said in a statement released Monday night.
Less formally and shortly before, Obama also asked supporters not to further stoke the feud.
The dispute has dragged in civil rights leaders in South Carolina, where Democrats hold their primary a week from Saturday. [...]
I predict this “truce” will last about a month. Especially if Obamarama beats Hillary in the upcoming primaries. This could be fun to watch.
Well, the big RINO won in Iowa. What this guy really did was thump a bible and run on the GOP ticket. BFD. He’s going to have to start defending all his past stances and things like 43 tax hikes, safe haven for illegals, no foreign policy his nonsense on global warming, etc. ad nauseating etc.
It’s going to be like the guy throwing a baked potato to the alpha-wolf at a game preserve. He’s not going to last long and good riddance.
Besides, the only thing conservatives in Iowa care about is the price of corn futures. (And maybe pork prices). The GOP in Iowa has shown how irrelevant they are in the whole process by voting for style over substance. It’s a Dem thing. Of course, without the Bible smacking, Huckabee is nothing more than a Dim. A liberal one at that.
I would have thought Iowa voters would have had enough of small state govs from Hope, Arkansas and voted with their brains.
MUSCATINE, Iowa (AP) - When Democrat Barack Obama’s charter plane touched down Tuesday night, aides were surprised a car wasn’t waiting to rush him to that night’s campaign events.
Someone stepped onto the tarmac and quickly realized why: They had landed at the wrong airport.
Instead of going to Cedar Rapids, the plane had touched down about 100 miles to the west in Des Moines.
Spokesman Tommy Vietor said Wednesday that the mistake on the flight from Chicago made Obama about an hour late for a rally at a community college. While waiting, the crowd took to dancing and chanting.
The presidential candidate apologized for the delay, simply explaining there had been a mix-up on the way from Chicago.
Note to pilots…CHARTS!! Note to Obama’s handlers….TAKE A GEOGRAPHY CLASS!!!
No wonder really….the man people should be voting for, Chris Kujawa helps run his family’s small business and understands that the the “tax well” is not a bottomless pit.
But the MJS just loves to see the taxpayers of Wisconsin taxed into oblivion.
Here’s a chance for the 8th district to due something uselful and elect Kujawa.
Sadly, our own Fred Dooley lost in his Aldermanic race in Racine. Look at it this way, Fred….more time to blog!
Happily, Annette Ziegler won her race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court. In looking at the write up in the MJS today, I noticed that they STILL haven’t mentioned that Clifford was a lawyer for the ACLU. I also noticed that the MJS editorial board is still out of touch with the average voter in this state.
Yeah, it’s all over the news. If you haven’t seen it, here it is:
Some have called it brilliant, others a rip-off of an old ad. Whatever. Personally, I thought it was creative and pretty funny. I feel like doing the same thing to my TV every time I see Hillary on the air.
But what struck me about the ad is the way the Dems are starting to eat their own. I could see it if this was an ad against the GOP. But for the left to start eating their own this early in the game can only mean hilarity will ensue until the election.
