Algore is launching a campaign today to push Americans into reducing greenhouse gases. Details here. (It also ran in the local rag but I couldn’t find the MJS link.)
Now, as usual, Algore is all “do as I say, not as I do”. Unless he completely gives up flying on private jets, this is just another reason to ignore him. Come to think of it, he’s worth ignoring on everything.

As usual, I voted today, and here’s the way it went.
“Yes” on the Frankenstein veto. No brainer. I didn’t like it when Thompson had it. Come to think of it, I didn’t llike Thompson very much, either. RINO.
Gableman for SCOW. Another no brainer. Get over the ad, people. Butler is as committed as Pol Pot Doyle, Thick as a Brick Decker and Milk Carton Barrett to destroying jobs in Wisconsin. “Loophole Louie” is a pea-brain and needs to go.
Not Neubauer. Actually, I wrote myself in for this slot. Both candidates are libtards and the Appeals Court could use a BIG dose of the common sense I would provide. Besides, Neubauer and the other guy are such libtards, they both tried to portray themselves as conservatives who are “tough on crime”. Liars, both of them. Vote for the AB.
Here’s a typical question from me on the bench. “You are landing on Runway 28 with a reported wind of 30 knots from 330. Your aircraft is rated at 25 knot crosswinds as are you, the Pilot in Charge. Do you attempt the landing? Answer below.*
“No” on the Elmbrook school referendum. It’s going to pass (and it should) but I can’t bring myself to vote for any tax increase….especially since I filed on Monday…ugh.
I also voted for myself for Waukesha County Supervisor in an uncontested race. Free Health Insurance. Why not? (I paid my health insurance bill this morning so I’m not happy…..time for another cigarette.)
*Aviation Answer from the sitting Appellate Judge Asian Badger: It’s close. Crosswind at 23 knots from the right with a headwind compensation of 19 knots. If you get down in good form, you win your appeal. If not, you lose. No bonus points if your passengers survive.
